Koh Mak (Koh Maak) is the third largest island of the province of Trat after Koh Chang and Koh Kood. It’s size is about 16 square kilometres and a radius of about 27 kilometres and it is not part of the Mu Koh Chang National Park.Besides, Koh Mak is the biggest private island in Thailand.

With stunning white sandy beaches adjoining crystal clear water it is fast becoming famous for its scenery; British newspaper The Sunday Times recently included Koh Mak as one of their ‘Top Ten Beaches in the World’, and the past few years has seen the island’s beauty also attracting film makers looking for an authentic tropical location.
